Great detail to this signet, featuring two animals on their hind legs either side of what looks to be a hamsa hand dripping what I will assume as blood.

(Would of been a family crest)

Used condition:

Scratches all over with some deeper ones to the face of the signet, Overall good used vintage condition.

Hallmarks:

Unfortunately only Marked “18k” presumably lost its assay stamps in resizing.
