Antique Book Ring Box & 22ct Yellow Gold Wedding Band

The ring box is originally from “Parsons Jeweller’s Ltd” the oldest jewellers in the uk!

First opened in 1710!

Theres not a whole lot of information available online but there’s a article from 2014 detailing its heritage

(I’ve added a photo of the original shop in Bristol!)

They were recently brought out and renamed to “Foxhills”

I’m not sure on the exact date the ring box was made but I would estimate within the last 100 years!

The ring is stamped for I believe 1863!

I’m not 100% sure if the ring was sold with the box but the periods seem to match.

Antique condition:

Since it such a dainty wedding band it’s suffered some mis shaping!

Also has a chip out of the gold to one side.
